Took the wife's 2018 Buick Encore for service and a diagnostic on the AC system because the AC wasn't working. The techs did a thorough diagnostic and provided an estimate for the repair. I'm not going to say it was an inexpensive repair. However, I am going to say that I have the utmost trust in the Advantage team. The AC repair comes with a 3 year warranty; which I think is exceptional. Bottom line is I'm happy with the whole experience. I highly recommend Advantage for your auto maintenance and tire needs.

Brought in my Nissan for clunking noises and I knew it was some kind of suspension problem. I'd just had new shocks/struts put on by another mechanic shop less than a year ago and was scared they were already going out. Turned out it was only a minor adjustment needed. My engine light came on my dash & I immediately call Lee @ Advantage Auto. (The only place I would consider, from pass experience) After correcting one problem, light off for a day then back on. Lee said bring it back today. After testing, driving, working they discovered another issue, which they fixed. During this whole process, they kept me in the loop as to the problem/issue, time frame to fix, the cost included & when the car would be ready for pick up. Again VERY PLEASED with the service from start to finish. Would recommend them to anyone with auto issues!!!

They ran another diagnostic to determine exactly what was happening. Being Friday afternoon they couldn?t get me in until Monday. A wheel sensor for tire pressure needed replacement on our vehicle. A friend recommended this shop and we followed up with them and made and appointment. Pretty basic repair. They found that the passenger rear sensor was not being picked up by the vehicle control system and had the part replaced. They also found that the spare tire was also showing up and made a small repair to it as well. We requested an overall inspection to see how things looked and if the rear hatch motor could be looked at as well. All things considered they dealt with our vehicle in a timely fashion and we?re glad for their help.

I 100% recommend them I took my Yukon incident because my brakes had just all of a sudden started squeaking they did not stop until they figure out what the issue was they tested my brake pads front and back and realized that my brake password fine so they did not try to do something that wasn't needed but they searched and searched until they figured it out Lee was wonderful he was able to direct his staff on instruction them on doing exactly what needed to be done to find the issue. Simply because of their honesty/integrity/ NOT to mention believers in Jesus Christ! Sometime in January I took my wife's vehicle there to get the brakes changed/oil changed & new windshield wipers. They called us to pick it up and when we got there they told us that the brakes DIDN'T NEED CHANGING! A lower class auto-shop may have changed them anyway, just to boost the bill. NOT this shop! I also had my truck there because of an electrical issue, NO CHARGE! Turns out that where I had another "zone" change my battery, the guy didn't tighten the connection. If you want great work done by HONEST people, THIS IS WHERE YOU WANT TO TAKE YOUR BUSINESS!
